\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAll orders can be returned within 1 week from the date of delivery.\n\nYou can place a request for return by sending us an email at customercare@pleinedegrace.com along with order ID and along with the issues you faced with the order. Any return requests will be dealt with on a case to case basis and you can expect a response to your email within 24 hours.
\nPleine de Gr\u00e2ce will exchange\/refund any faulty items or incorrect items sent completely free of cost. Once your returns request is accepted, you can choose to ask for a refund or an exchange. The damaged\/incorrect product will be picked up from the delivery address by our courier partner within 3-5 working days of the acceptance of the returns request.\n\nThe refund\/exchange process will be completed within 10 days of us receiving the defective\/incorrect product in our warehouse.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
