Registered under FCRA Act, Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India, Affiliated/Technical Collaborated with Mahatma Gandhi University, Meghalaya & registered under Community College Scheme of Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), New Delhi, to conduct full term courses for the students in these far flung , rural & district areas of the whole INDIA. It is only to make Information Technology as a basic knowledge to participate in mass movement towards Hi-Tech India.
