Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policies

RETURN POLICY

All orders can be returned within 1 week from the date of delivery. You can place a request for return by sending us an email at customercare@pleinedegrace.com along with order ID and along with the issues you faced with the order. Any return requests will be dealt with on a case to case basis and you can expect a response to your email within 24 hours.
Pleine de Grâce will exchange/refund any faulty items or incorrect items sent completely free of cost. Once your returns request is accepted, you can choose to ask for a refund or an exchange. The damaged/incorrect product will be picked up from the delivery address by our courier partner within 3-5 working days of the acceptance of the returns request. The refund/exchange process will be completed within 10 days of us receiving the defective/incorrect product in our warehouse.

REFUND POLICY

REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

* Genuine product defect

* Package lost in transit

* Product damaged in transit

* In case Pleine de Grâce sent a wrong item by mistake

Refund will be initiated once the returned product reaches our warehouse and is verified as a genuine return.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so before the delivery of the order. Once the delivery has been made, the order will be considered complete.

To cancel the order, please send us an email with the order ID and cancellation request on customercare@pleinedegrace.com
